Lucio is very knowledgeable about sprinkler/ irrigation. I was with him during the entire repair and asked questions. At the end of the repair he checked overall system operation, adjusted heads and programmed a schedule for me. All in all I am very happy with this service, AND that rarely happens :-)"

Cathy called me within 2 minutes of selection and scheduled her husband and son to come to my home in 2 days. "I hired Masterscaping to install a 7-zone irrigation system. Barry was my POC, but I never met him; his team did the 2-week install. The contract included reassembling the yard and laying sod, but they removed so much dirt that noticeable dips were left, making the yard uneven. I was told it would "grow in," but it never did. Barry promised a free winterization but ignored my multiple requests to schedule it. In spring, I found a nozzle leak, sent him pictures, and followed up multiple times. No one came, so I fixed it myself using YouTube. While the installation was solid, the lack of follow-through ruined the experience. Ten months later, my yard is still uneven, and the sod in the back remains bare. I?ve spent hours leveling, laying topsoil, and replanting grass. If you?re considering Masterscaping, know that while the installation may meet your expectations, any issues that arise afterward will likely be your responsibility to fix. For this reason alone, I can?t recommend them."

"Jesus and his crew were very talented and professional in everything they did to make our non existent back yard to a beautiful park like setting. Even though we initially hired him to do a retaining wall in our backyard, Jesus's talent and my vision/ideas, we have custom-built fireplace, pond/waterfall, raindeck, two retaining walls, flagstone pavers, and last but not least, beautiful foilage.....it was wonderful working with him throughout this project and I highly recommend him beyond landscaping work because he's not only talented, but also very reasonable!!!"

"If I were rating theIr work on the Irrigation System alone, I would be happy to give them 5-Stars, however, after they left, I discovered that evening they cut the wires to our outdoor lighting (which does not come on until dark so I did not know when I paid them). I have attempted to contact them multiple times about these issues and crickets...they have refused to respond to any of my attempts to reach them. It is a shame because the work I hired them to do was excellent, but this one thing ruined it."

I don’t know why her brain has not fully formed, but no adult should be at their place of employment speaking to other people as if we know each other socially. Not only that the technician didn’t solve the problem and actually used and repurposed a part that happened to be on his truck to fix a persistent issue. I’ve been having with one of my sprinklers. I would absolutely not recommend this company at all it would be one thing to have poor customer service, but we really good at delivering on your core competencies but when you can’t even do that correctly and have poor customer service, then what is your purpose?"
