"We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"

"Luis and his crew are amazing! We hired them after getting a quote for hardwood floors and staining, painting of multiple rooms, as well as drywall in multiple spaces. His quote was spot on to what we were expecting to spend. He gave us recommendations for paint colors as well as ideas for the rooms (goodbye crown molding). His crew has been awesome!
