His crew was hardworking and <br /> fastidious.   We were impressed when they decided to scrape the <br /> fence, because it was more work but resulted in a higher quality job. They also <br /> added  more primer and paint to new shingles. <br />   <br /> They did a careful clean up when done. Tom was very responsive to the initial inquiry, visiting our property within a day or so, quoting immediately and setting to work when promised. </p> <p>The work on the job site was also impeccable. Tom and his team arrived when promised, communicated all the way through when weather impacted the ability to work and checked with us all the way through. Preparation before finishing the deck was perfect. Railings removed for best results and every sign of old stain meticulously removed, sanding by hand where necessary.</p> <p>Some wood needed replacing, all handled with good communication and discussion of the options.
