"A piece of flex duct had pulled away from the ceiling register box and heat from the furnace was just blowing into the attic. The flex duct piece was just too short to stay attached to the register. Called Downs Mechanical and they worked me into the schedule later that day. Rick, their HVAC guy, came and fixed the problem with a sheet metal elbow. The duct work was incompetently installed when the house was built 25 years ago and I will probably have more issues with the duct work in the future. I will definitely call Downs Mechanical again when I have any issues with my HVAC. They were very accommodating and very reasonable. No reason to call anyone else."

Their price was about average. It is what people charge for that service. He was very thorough and he was able to come and perform that very same day that I called him.
