He took the time to verify my plumbing problem by video taping my water leakage of my bathtub drain pipe with his phone through the broken spaces in the ceiling. He returned the next day with Eduardo, assistant, to complete repair with pipe replacement of old bathtub drain pipes. I was impressed with Vicente's respectful, honest, confident, and professional demeanor with attention to customer satisfaction and service. Vicente exceeded my expectations with exemplary work. They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace. "Excellent. We replaced a wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace. We asked the company to see if they could remove the old tile without damaging it, a tricky task requiring some finesse. They managed to do that very well, and we were able to clean the old tile and have them place the tiles around the new fireplace which required a lot of precise cuts to fit the new fireplace size. They did a great job, and replaced/repaired and textured the sheetrock surrounding the fireplace. The workers were very neat and cleaned up everything when they finished. Highly recommended"

"They did come out and do the work. Its been a year since I had them out I know I spent more, I had them do more work. They actually clean out and did a couple of faucets for me and they ended up breaking a counter top. And they had quite a time getting it resolved. They didn't want to pay for the, they broke a sink that's what they broke. The bathroom had two matching sinks and they couldn't match the sink and they didn't want to pay for two of them, they just wanted to do one and put an un matching sink in there. So I ended up paying for one sink, they paid for another and then they installed the faucets but it was not a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing."
