"The product is a bit pricey but the concept of the product does seem to be the best on the market and appears to work well. The Project Mgr stays on the site and takes pictures when it is completed so you can view the upper gutters. My only drawback was the "cleanout gutters" part of the contract. They pulled the junk out of the gutters but did not do anything with the downspouts or check to see if they were blocked. I had to get them to go back up with the hose to flush out blockage like any other gutter cleaning co. would do! After they left I had to clean out gutter debris from my landscape and around on my patio."

"Overall the work was done very well. We hired the company to replace old leaking gutters and downspouts that were in poor condition on our entire house (parts two-story and part single-story).  <br /> The salesperson arrived on time and was knowledgeable about the product. We reviewed options and he demonstrated the Gutter Helmet system. We decided to purchase it and were happy that the company uses its own installation staff. <br /> The installers showed up on the days we were told they would be there. However, the company consistently calls late in the day before they are to arrive. They could do much better about scheduling work with a little more notice. In addition, it would be nice to know what time the crew is to arrive. We found it necessary to ask each time we received a call when the crew should be there and answers were usually somewhat vague. <br /> The actual installation went very well. The crew ran out of some materials before installation was finished, apparently because not enough was ordered beforehand (we opted for colored downspouts to match our siding). However, they came back with the right materials and finished the job according to specifications. They also relocated a downspout that was to have been moved from its original location, coming back at my request later to allow for another company to install a new drain line.  <br /> After they were done, my wife and I stood outside in the rain watching water run into the gutters and leaves fall on the ground. We received exactly what we paid for. The work was done professionally and on time and we are very pleased with the results. <br />"
