He had to deal with the quirks of my Kessler Farm Condo in building the stairs but overcame all obstacles. As a carpenter, he came fully equipped to make changes on the fly, he removed all the materials, rugs, matting and any construction residue. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality work, with a great small business."

They were extremely flexible as the design location and final specifications changed several times. The price was very fair and allowed for 2-3 progress payments along the way. Jay's attention to detail in putting the hard wood floor down was amazing as he matched panel to panel from the connecting room.
