"On the day of inspection, Larry showed up early so he could begin inspecting the exterior of the house before we arrived. Then inside, he changed his wet shoes to dry ones as to not get the house dirty. I thought that was very respectful. He has a tablet where he takes photos and makes notes and follows a strict methodology so he doesn't miss a thing. Those photos and detailed notes in the report were EXTREMELY helpful for requesting repairs from the sellers and for keeping track of what needs to get done. Larry spent 3 hours inspecting my 1639 sq. ft. house, without missing a crack. The report, complete with photos, precise notes, and advice for repair, was sent to me the very next day, and I went to pick up the radon test 3 days later and put it in the mail myself (additional UPS overnight fee of $30).
