They were able to easily make the changes and come up with alternative ideas. Communication and reliability are crucial when working with contractors and we have to say that Ritchie answered each one of our questions, concerns, and requests no matter what time of day it was. We never felt neglected or worried about lack of communication. The work is being done beautifully with concern for details and it's obvious that Tomahawk takes pride in their finished labors. "The installers did great work. They made sure all of the details were completed and we were happy with the job before they left the house. They wore masks the entire time and cleaned up everything before they left. They also moved and put back the furniture in the room they were working in. The only complaint I have is that their management only assigned two installer to the job that could have used three or even four. Empire promotes their one day service but that is not likely to happen with just two people handling this type of hard wood installation."

"Jonathan King (LTD) provided a great experience for me! As a condo owner, i replaced 450 sq feet of rugs with red oak flooring, and 2 sets of stairs. Jonathan was up front in setting expectations, for timing, my responsibilities. I enjoyed being part of the process, picking out flooring and paint for the trim, he also assisted in replacing some closet doors. He had to deal with the quirks of my Kessler Farm Condo in building the stairs but overcame all obstacles. As a carpenter, he came fully equipped to make changes on the fly, he removed all the materials, rugs, matting and any construction residue. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality work, with a great small business."
