Unlike other places that were quick to diagnose that I just needed a new water heater just by talking to me over the phone, Jim Needham Plumbing sent in a professional. Tyson, the tech that was sent out, was by far the definition of professional. Iâ ve had techs come out that seemed professional but then just left more of a mess than when they came in. Tyson diagnosed the issues and not only gave me multiple scenarios I could choose from but made me comfortable in my decision. As soon as I made a decision and asked about next steps, he not only told me every step but accurately broke it down to how much time it would take. I was worried because if he missed his projected window I would not make my virtual meeting for work.
