"Excellent. Worker arrived on time and initiated efforts immediately. All cuttings were done to my satisfaction. Yard was also cleaned up very nicely with only very minor sticks remaining. Bottom line: I am a very happy camper with the work performed and would have no issues calling them again if I have additional trimming and or cuttings that are needed. I am not just making this stuff up, but as I stated, I am a very happy camper here as my tree was in jeopardy of falling in the street with the next big, wet snow. Jeremy was there that same day and cut down the rest of the tree which was in danger of collapsing any minute. It was all cleaned up that day and the wood was removed the very next day. "We found Alpine Tree on Angie's List and sent them an email. Jonathan called back quickly and visited our house (without me needing to be there) to survey the tree. He sent an estimate within a day or so. He gave us a fair quote and we accepted. Jonathan was very professional, responsive, and the estimate was less than what we expected to pay. He was able to schedule the removal within about a week. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. They were very safety conscious. They were all hard workers, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. As each huge branch was lowered to the ground the crew immediately went to work raking up any twigs and branches and putting them into the chipper. All that was left was a pile of mulch (as stated in the contract). They removed the tree without any damage to our property. Responsive, fast, courteous, respectful of our property, reasonable prices, what more could we ask? We will definitely use them again for tree trimming in the future."

"They were great. On time, fast, thorough, and knowledgeable. Laura was able to get into the top of a very tall, half dead cottonwood, take the parts of the tree that had died, and leave the living portion intact. I'll have them back to remove the rest of the tree when the time comes, as well as otheŕ trees and shrubs."

"It went perfect, however, the removal process broke one of my sprinkler zones. An hour after they left I started my sprinkler system, and at the zone where the tree was removed, water was gushing out. When I called the Arborscape Company, they said there was a disclaimer (very smallprint 1 font size) on the back that stated they are not responsible for this type of issue. I think they should disclose this during the bid process with a human voice. Perhaps the most silly thing said to me on the phone was that this removal of the tree likely was not the cause of the sprinkler damage. This is common sense, the sprinkler has been operating for 10 years on that zone with no issues, a tree is removed, and water now gushes from where the tree was removed. I'm ok with being given/pointed out on the bid instruction that they aren't responsible, but I was less impressed with the representative on the phone that told me this wasn't likely due to the tree being removed and stump being grinded just 1 hour prior to my call regarding the sprinkler compliant.Made a great, smooth overall process go South quickly."
