They were regularly involved in making plans for the project leading up to the actual start of construction in August 2019. Their crew has been on the job consistently from day one. The project involves a top to bottom gut and rehab of the structure. Jake and his crew have been great to work with and have been very concientious and open about the project budget and have been great about suggesting alternative methods that could provide better or equivalent results at a lower price.
