"This review is to sum up the last 4yrs on top of today’s visit. Stephen Hume IS an absolute professional. HE IS the definition of professional. He’s worked with my Mom for countless years. He never takes advantage like most plumbers, electricians, contractors do. His prices are beyond fair. His work IS impeccable. He’s a very hardworking man that is VERY PUNCTUAL!!!!!!! He’s been our personal plumber for 4yrs since we bought our first home. He squeezes us in if we need him on a drip of a hat. I have referred him to two of my best friends. Each had used him for two years and absolutely love him. I just recently gave his reference to my sister in law and they have used him twice and told me they were very pleased with his work. How I put it…. My Mom is one of the most picky customers you can ever come across. NOTHING IS GOOD ENOUGH SHE CSN FIND A FAULT IN MOST WORK DONE BY SOMEONE WORKING ON HET HOME…. If she refers someone…. I LISTEN!!!! I’m so happy she came across Hi-Performance Plumbing because we feel the same as she does. He’s so stinking awesome. Mellow polite gentleman with a very laid back personally and he’s not here for show. He’s not here to dangle a shiny bobbin in one direction as he charged you up the you know what.
