"Joe cleared the sink drain and turned the water off because I needed a new faucet. The old one was leaking and it was an expensive faucet so the repair would be expensive. I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

"They came out once to snake a tub and it seemed ok when they finished but later that night realized I hadn't run it long enough before they left and the draining actually wasn't satisfactory. Called them the next day and they came out and snaked again, under the warranty, and started draining fine. During the process it was recommended that I may want to replace tub drain because it was old. Tony came out a few days later, provided an estimate, and 2 days later his team was here to do the work. What I liked about them was the communication with Angie at the office, their punctuality and customer service in general. That means more to me than the actual work. I have to assume they did good work but I'm not crawling under the house to find out, and, it's not my area of expertise anyway, so fingers crossed. Everything seems to be working great. "Roland was available quickly to replace my valve in the tub. He came at the time of our appointment and completed the entire job with no issues. I asked him to cut out a piece of the fiberglass of our tub to access the old valve and he completed it very neatly and with no mess. "It all went much more quickly and efficiently than I had anticipated. I was asking around everywhere from plumbers to handyman about how to resolve our clogged drains. We had bought a new house and realized that all the backyard landscape drains were clogged. We wanted to clean them before the rains since water couldn't seem to get through. I contacted Zoom Drain and they sent Chris, who was courteous and knowledgeable. They came, gave an estimate and resolved the situation in just a few hours on the same day. I was agonized thinking I had to dig up broken drain pipes or cut down trees whose roots may have broken or blocked the pipes. At the end, the pipes were just blocked with 10yrs worth of mud and dirt which covered half the street in our cul-de-sac. Chris managed to unblock not just the pipes of years worth of crud, but he also checked into and freed up another garden drain which we didn't go over and he cleaned the street and terrace of all the dirt. Overall I think he went above and beyond. I am really happy with the service and the relief that the problem was resolved so easily and quickly."

"Started with my bathroom toilet that would not drain.  I was unsuccessful so call experts,.  they ended up putting a scope and found that my iron pluming was flaking and needed jet blasting to restore to clean.  they asked about our main line.  We usually have trouble every year or so do to a large tree that has roots going into the main line.  They scoped the main line to the street and found a big root in our pipe that took up most of the pipe.  A couple of loads of wash and it would have backed up.  solution was to dig down 7 feet by our sidewalk were the root was and replace the pipe.  When they got down there the replaced the pipe and scoped to the street and found some more roots and it was clay back to out clean out  which was about 15 feet from the first hole.  They could sleeve to the street but we have a weak link in the clay to the clean out.  So we opted to do a non trench, replace the clay, sleeve the to the street and jet the house.

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite.
