There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. Ed promptly came to give a quote and came back to answer questions about the need to replace a structure another contractor put in his quote and showed us it was not needed. My calls were answered promptly and they were able to schedule us quickly and complete the job - a one-room flat roof replacement and an asphalt shingle replacement over the entrance with a skylight - in two days. Extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The clean up completely removed any trace they had even been there. I would use their services again for another project and highly recommend them."

"I had a great experience with the Exterior team company. Ronald was very punctual in the initial visit for an estimate. I explained to him that I could not be there and he scheduled another time the same day to return to discuss the estimate. He was on time that evening as well. He was very fairly priced. We scheduled the job a month out. He had all materials delivered the morning of and the crew was on site by 7 30. They worked hard throughout the day and as a thunderstorm was coming, they worked tirelessly to cover the remainder of the roof. They returned the next day, completed the job and cleaned up.
