When I asked questions he was very patient and explained everything so I understood. I was impressed with his work posted on his IG and asked him to put a few diff samples down to see how it would look in person before I committed to a color. His time estimate for the project was on target. He communicated with us during each day of the project. At the end he explained how to maintain/clean the floors. "Meza construction is the BEST! Olvin installed 2 large rooms and a hallway with laminate flooring. It’s an old house so I had 2 LUMPS in my floors that he corrected and made even. My floors came out beautiful and seamless. He cleans AS he works, which I loved. I then added other jobs like installing a door and removing borders in a back bedroom. He can do it ALL! EXCELLENT PRICE. Excellent job. I plan on hiring him again for my basement floors. "
