"Corey provided a thorough inspection of our existing roof and then pointed out potential problem area and areas definitely needing fixing. He, then, thoroughly explained the roofing process and the materials to be used. He made sure all of our question were answered before preparing his proposal for the roof and gutter replacement. The day of the roof install, Corey, Dan and his crew arrived before 7:30 AM. It was nonstop work from then until the old roof had been removed, the new roof installed and the area was clean up was completed by 6:30 PM. Corey and Dan were constantly checking to see if everything was satisfactory and did a complete walk around before leaving for the day. The gutters were installed a few day later, as agreed. "Siding is beautiful. Gutters are nice. Our 2 day job took 2 weeks to complete. During install an exterior electrical box needed to be maneuvered so Siding could go behind it. This threw off electrical to a building that was tied to that outlet. No response from the warranty team other than pay an electrician to fix us and forward the bill for reimbursement. I asked for this in writing and got nothing. The gutter pitch is off and we were guaranteed it would be fixed with the installation of the new gutters. It was not and water drains directly onto an electrical outlet. The warranty dept is radio silent. The billing team was very quick to send us reminders, the bill, and more reminders."

The crew that did the work were also professional and very thorough with their work. Everything came out beautifully and installed correctly. No cutting corners with these gentlemen. The price was a little higher than some other contractors, but the quality of material and quality in their workmanship was worth it. One door was delivered with the incorrect glass (distributor issue), but remedied quickly."
