I text John later in the week that they can break the fence in the back yard if they needed to because it was already partially broken from the fallen tree branches. When the crew came, the crew leader say he needs to break the front yard fence to get his truck into the backyard. I'm like what? John didn't say anything about that. I thought they were going to climb up the trees in the backyard. Since I was planning to replace the fence, I let them go ahead and break it. They finish the entire job in about 4 hours."

"Large oak tree removed, stump grinded and other trimming looks good. I was told they would use plywood on the lawn to prevent ruts. End result, no plywood and major ruts. Lawn is a mess. Owner came for payment and said he would send someone out to address the lawn as well as debris cleanup that they left in the street. So I paid him for the job. I have not heard from him since. Took the money and ran. Would not recommend."
