"Highly recommend Sean! He showed up on time, was very professional and repaired 2 leaking walls in my poured concrete foundation. I had tried several times with various products and the water just kept finding its way in. So frustrating! Even had another company come that said I needed the floor cut and a drain installed. They wanted almost $6000! Sean fixed the issue in a few hours. Left the place spotless and the basement is now totally bone dry. Also guarantees his work and offered to return at no charge if the issue returned."

"I bought my house in 5/2016. Since then the house has developed sever draining issues and flooded several times in a non flood zone during heavy rain. I put in a Sub pump and it couldnt keep up with heavy rain. Mike was very quick to set up an estimate once he got the lead. He understood the full scope of the issue and took the time to get everything i needed. Mike and his team scheduled the job quickly, worked efficiently and completed the job same day. The price was great and when curveballs were there during the job they handled them too The drainage is not 100% fixed but what they did made it 95% better. Itll be a while until i stop freaking out when i hear the word "Rain" and i still monitor drainage during rain. It has only rained twice since the work was done. I have since called mike for another unrelated plumbing issue and he got me in touch with his plumber same day. I plan call NPA when i do more needed drainage work. Photos not uploading"

"As I did the first time I used Bob Lindsay's company, I waited six months to write my review. After withstanding nearly 13" of water from Henri and Ida, I cannot recommend this company enough. We used Bob at my first house and decided to use him again when our final walkthrough of our house revealed a wet carpet in the finished basement. Bob's guys replaced the shallow existing window wells with much deeper, galvanized ones, backfilled them with stone and piped them into a perimeter channel drain that was then flashed and cemented to the basement floor height. The sump pump pit was installed and a battery backup system was provided and wired in. The outside grading around the window wells was also redone to slope any surface water away from the foundation. Due to our Radon mitigation system, a polyurethane caulk was also used to seal the system. We remained absolutely bone-dry these last few weeks despite rain falling at 2-3" per hour in some cases. The work is efficient, his guys are extremely friendly and skilled, and despite the messiness of the job, they do a fabulous job cleaning up. There is a certain peace of mind that having this type of work done provides, and you cannot put a price tag on it, especially if you plan on finishing (or refinishing) a basement. At the end of the job, Bob was even kind enough to have one of his guys tie in a 2" piece of PVC from the floor with a cap (which I then drilled a hole in) so I can run my dehumidifier constantly without ever having to empty the bucket. We have since refinished our basement to our liking and know for certain that this was the best home investment we could have possibly made. A friend of ours has also done her entire basement with Weather-Tite and had an equally wonderful experience. Thanks Bob for saving us not once, but twice."

"Had water in my basement so I called Premier basement waterproofing. Very professional came out quick for an estimate. Explained everything that I needed (french drain and subpump) . Took 2 days to complete and cleaned up nicely. Total price 9,000. Highly recommend fast and efficient. "

"The previous owner of our property used his French drain installation as a selling point, but shortly after we moved in we found water in the basement after a storm. It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. We had Arid install real French drains with pipe to the sump pump well. Thus was in 2005 and we have not had any water in the basement since. Pat explained the job well and his team performed it quickly. They cleaned up well afterwards. The pump finally gave out last night (after almost 12 years). Arid is going to install new one on Friday."

I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!"

"I received four estimates for my waterproofing project. Ultimately, I chose American A-1 Waterproofing due to the personalized and positive experience I had with Lou Manzo (Manager), Maurice (Foreman) and Crew Members. From the start, Lou was generally concerned with meeting my waterproofing needs. He actively listened to my concerns and provided satisfying solutions to achieve a dry basement without leading me down an unnecessary and confusing purchasing path. Lou explained the work to be done in great details. He was responsive to my calls, emails and texts and patiently answered ALL of my questions. Maurice and his crew members did an amazing job. They worked diligently during a heat wave and always demonstrated positive energy. They depicted such pride in their work -- making sure everything worked effectively and efficiently. I have to say, Lou really went above and beyond the call of duty. He ensured Maurice and Crew Members replaced a clogged downspout drainpipe and installed a cleanout valve. He ensured Maurice and Crew Members connected an exterior drainpipe from the catch basin to eliminate standing water in my front yard. This concept was Brilliant! And completed at the at a fraction of the cost! In addition, Lou consumed the cost to unclog a sewer line that compromised my newly installed Waterproofing System. But wait there is more! I have been unable to attend to other pertinent matters on/around my property, as I am recovering from surgery. Lou sympathized with my plight and ensured his crew demolished a crumbling flower bed wall and deteriorated shed in my backyard at a faction of the cost. Moreover, Lou returned with a crew member the day after the job was completed to reconnect my utility sink, washer and dryer and move them back into place free of charge.
