Austin took the time to answer all my questions and explained the entire process to me. Tim Bast and his installation team were also exceptional. His team excavated the original grass, laid down the gravel sublayer, installed the framing, and then installed the artificial grass. Extremely hard working crew! Very professional, did a first rate job, and cleaned up everything and left the area spotless. The final results were beautiful! Best of all... my dog loves playing in her new run! We play out there every day we can, and she no longer has the problems she had with her allergies to regular grass. I cannot stress enough how highly I think of this company! The people they have representing them are outstanding! The quality of their product is also outstanding in comparison to other companies' products."

"An amazing experience for my landscape lighting. From sales to scheduling to installation... All around a terrific experience and one that we’ve become used to with Tanzer. In the past, they've installed and modified our irrigation to perfection as well. The installers didn’t make a complete mess of the property, especially when they were digging the trenches. The sod was put back nicely, which is a HUGE deal for me. And they took their shoes off to go into the basement after working in mulch, grass and dirt. "Brett had 3 other young men with him and worked for 6 hours. They spread 15 yards of mulch, edged about 200 feet where turf meets beds, ,  plug aerated both back and front yards which is well over 10,00 square feet, tidied up  20x 5 feet of Forsythia, cut down last years perennials in a 800 sq. ft. bed,  cleaned beds, cut ornamental grasses down to proper height , they took their time and they never rushed to be done, nor did they take long breaks.
        All work was done as if the guys were working on their own homes. They respected the plants coming up and worked so not to trample or disturb them  AND, they did not volcano mulch around the stand of Rose of Sharon and  Crepe Myrtel. It was all spread evenly.  I had an afterthought  and needed a large thick, tall bush drastically trimmed and they did it along with some other shrubs needing trimming.  
   Brett and his crew have a great work ethic, are personable, polite and very easy to get work with. I am going to hire them again in June to put a 75ft walkway, river stone and plant some type of flowering cherry. 
   Lastly, what immediately separated Emerald Green from a lot of other Angie LIsters, especially handymen, was that  Brett CALLED ME  right back,actually SHOWED up to to price the job and sent an estimate in email very quickly. 
   If I say anymore good things about Emerald Green you folks will think I am part owner or a relative. I am NOT. I found them on Angies LIst.

"it went amazing. Even though it was not a very large job, Ed came out three times to discuss project and my reservations. He was punctual, very informative and very congenial. I hired him and although we had some delays caused by wet weather, he finished the job earlier this month. His crew was outstanding in every way. Ed came by every day to make sure everything was going perfectly and it was. Everything was cleaned up meticulously and the crew even did a few extra things esthetically to make up for the slight delay caused by weather. The result was beyond my expectations and I have received so many compliments on it, from even my most critical family members. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Thank you Ed and company. "Very well and would absolutely recommend his services. He finished the job in 1 day (sooner than originally quoted), within budget and was very responsive throughout the process. We enjoyed going to the warehouse and picking out the specific pavers we wanted in person opposed to just looking in a brochure. I would recommend that you ask for a price to remove the excess dirt/topsoil as opposed to repurposing on site, as I had to put new grass in a large majority of my backyard. This was in the contract, and I didn't ask more questions about how much dirt it could be, so lesson learned."
