"Excellent and professional work I’m very happy with the job My house floors look great"

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"The rioza team completely transformed our home... The quality of the renovation exceeded our expectations every single detail from the bathroom finishes to the open kitchen design was done beautifully and professionally we notice the team was reliable, organized, and kept us informed throughout the entire process and bring our house a modern feeling, warm, and brand new. I highly recommend rioza for anyone looking for high quality construction and remodeling work!"

"Over the past year, Brayan and his team have become our go-to guys for any project in our homes. He repaired termite damage in our crawl space by replacing several support beams, removed all the wallpaper and painted our entire house (a long and challenging job) Most recently, he worked on our deck, power washing, replacing damage boards, sanding, and painting it. Now it looks brand new. Brayan always impresses us with the quality of his work. He is by far the most reliable and punctual professional we’ve ever worked with on home renovations. His entire team is skilled and respectful, the work is done at competitive prices, on schedule, and with excellent attention to detail. We have no doubt that we’ll continue calling him for future projects. Highly recommended!"

"His Crew is just awesome, they not only fixed the mess left by another contractor, they gave me options to expand a room and make it look even better"

"Carl Sallo, owner of Emerald Isle Homes is trustworthy, experienced, and does excellent work. Meticulous about his work!! He will go over with you all of the details of what he is doing and why he is doing it. He will consult with you and include you in all of the decision making. I had a bathroom that was a "rescue" , meaning a different contractor had done very poor work, soaked me for an enormous amount of money and did not complete the work like an expert should. Carl fixed the bathroom so I can use it, installed a new tile floor, and finished off all of the details that the other contractor did not. I wish I had hired Emerald Isle Homes to begin with. I would highly recommend this contractor without any hesitation or exceptions. I appreciate the extra time and care he extended to my cats as well."

"Prestige installed pre-finished hardwood flooring throughout the first floor of our home. The existing floors were a combination of ceramic tile, and 3 other varieties of mismatched hardwoods and we decided it was time to replace everything with matching floors. We selected a 5" pre-finished Armstrong plank and are very happy with it. The team was punctual and very neat and the job was finished in 2 days. When we had a minor problem, Dave himself came back on a holiday weekend to rectify. It is an expensive renovation to be sure, but if you're ready to make the investment, Prestige is highly recommended."

"We used Pro Woodfloors Renovation to replace our entry wood floor after major water damage. They also fixed gouges in the staid and buffed the upstairs hallway. They were fantastic and extremely fast! They showed up on time and cleaned up."

"Ricardo was reliable and did excellent work in refinishing the wood floor in our apartment. He was timely and communicated frequently. His price was very competitive. I would recommend him highly and would hire him again."
