He arrived 15 minutes early, identified the issue, brought a cool bright light to show me exactly what was leaking, that he had the parts with him and said he could complete the whole job in about 20 minutes or so. He went down to his car, came back with the parts and his tools and less than half an hour later he told me to come take a look, it was all fixed. If you have a plumbing issue, I don't know why anyone wouldn't use these guys. A perfect job in every way.
