"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. I HIGHLY recommend this company for basement waterproofing projects."

"Two gentlemen arrived within 30 minutes of scheduled time and began work immediately preparing the surface for application of the sealant. They first brushed the sealant around the edges and corners and filled all imperfections in the surfaces. Also, they filled in the broken areas where the driveway met the roadway. They then applied the rest of the sealant using a squeegee. Both gentlemen were professional and pleasant explaining the whole process. The owner thanked us for calling them and ensured our satisfaction with his work. They were done with our 1000+ square feet of surface within 1 hour. We are very pleased with their surface and highly recommend this company. <br />"

"The process went as expected based on the timeline given by WMM. I found all of the workers to be very easy to communicate with and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. While the price for the job wasn't inexpensive, it was fair and less costly than many other contractors we talked with. It was surprisingly difficult to find anyone who was even willing to do a concrete step job, but WMM was happy to accommodate our needs and always had a friendly attitude. <br /> The only hiccup in the job was caused by some low wires over our driveway. The wires made it very difficult for the concrete truck to access the pour area. The truck had to drive in our yard and made some deep ruts. I told the contractor about this and he did his best to fill the ruts and reseeded the area at no extra charge. <br />"

"Masonry work was outstanding. Signature Masonry came out and worked flawlessly with Dave Lane Building and Remodeling who was doing a repair and replacement on our roof. They came out and showed us a whole bunch of brick options and ultimately rebuilt our chimney so it looks fantastic from the street. Unfortunately for Signature Masonry.... nobody comes down our street! Really you can't do any better than Signature (and also Dave Lane's operation who both work in concert regularly). I might give Signature a call and see if they do outdoor brick ovens..."
