"When Adam came to inspect the roof, he came prepared and presented the GAF Timberline AS II, a Class 4 hail resistant shingle. It is the top of the line. He explained and showed samples of different levels of protection for different classes of shingles. I saw they where Certified by GAF as Master Elite installers. The installation of this shingle included the air circulation system/roof vents that will help keep the house cooler in the summer. Higher quality materials and protection under the shingles with Class 4 hail resistant shingles made this an easy choice. Included is the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty - 50 yrs of coverage/protection including materials and labor. Home Owners Insurance will now go down and that alone will pay for the upgrade over the previous shingle. A very efficient crew of installers worked almost non-stop to finish the roof in one day.
