"Thoroughly pleased with the work that John and Randall did while they were here. We had a pretty big job (7 trees total- 3 completely removed), and they made quick work of it. One of the trees was hanging over the sound wall along US 36 and was right next to power lines, and Randall took that tree down with little to no trouble at all. The cleanup job they did was absolutely incredible! The yard looked better than it did when they arrived. I would highly recommend Artistree, and will definitely use them again in the future!"

"Emille & Danielle are meticulous! I first met them 2 years ago when I needed snow removal - they came out in the middle of the night and again first thing in the morning. Their primary business is tree work and landscaping projects so I had them prune all my trees, they also replaced a couple of dead trees, several shrubs and a bunch of plants along with pruning everything on my 2 acre property leaving no evidence that they were ever there (clean!). Recently they have undertaken a 2 phase “Breeze” project involving digging out and leveling over 1000 sq ft of dirt, laying heavy fabric and filling the area with crushed granite which will then be mixed with polymer creating a hard surface. Using slabs of stone they created a staircase from my lower lawn to the upper “breeze” area. They also put in numerous boulders arranging them like artwork. Extremely creative/thinking outside the box ….I can’t say enough good things about these folks."

"It went perfect, however, the removal process broke one of my sprinkler zones. An hour after they left I started my sprinkler system, and at the zone where the tree was removed, water was gushing out. When I called the Arborscape Company, they said there was a disclaimer (very smallprint 1 font size) on the back that stated they are not responsible for this type of issue. I think they should disclose this during the bid process with a human voice. Perhaps the most silly thing said to me on the phone was that this removal of the tree likely was not the cause of the sprinkler damage. This is common sense, the sprinkler has been operating for 10 years on that zone with no issues, a tree is removed, and water now gushes from where the tree was removed. I'm ok with being given/pointed out on the bid instruction that they aren't responsible, but I was less impressed with the representative on the phone that told me this wasn't likely due to the tree being removed and stump being grinded just 1 hour prior to my call regarding the sprinkler compliant.Made a great, smooth overall process go South quickly."

We needed to remove a huge dead cottonwood (40ft high), pull out an overgrown and mostly dead Mugo Pine bush, and trim just about every tree on the property (about 6 trees). We agreed they would clean up the slash but leave the wood all for $500. The wood left behind was all cut to 2ft sections which was easily split and perfect for a fireplace or wood burning stove."
