Also apply a systemic insecticide soil drench to control Aphid in all of our Birch trees. Brian Mowld was quick to respond to my request for a quotation. He was able to email his quote to me the same day that he came to the house to look at the job. We had to be a little flexible with the planned schedule due to unexpected snow here. However, on the scheduled day for the project Brian and his two man crew, Jake and Dan, arrived on time and went right to work. They were very polite and professional and did a wonderful job for us including a very thorough clean-up. My wife and I are very pleased with the look and shape of our trees. It is also reassuring that our trees are now better prepared to withstand the strong East wind we get in our area. We have used Portland Tree Care in the past with very good results and this time was no exception. "Daryl and Heidi and the crew did a spectacular job and finished all the work I had asked for (and then some) in an efficient and knowledgeable fashion: removed tree limbs hanging over a neighbor‘s yard, pruned and trimmed 12+ tall lilac trees, trimmed and shaped all bushes, removed deadwood from another tree, cut back and shaped an enormous heirloom rose bush, and cleared away all the debris. They took obvious pride in their work and I will be happy to have them back again next year!!!"

Scheduling was estimated at 2 weeks out, but when I called, they had a window of time (perhaps a cancellation), so I was able to get on their schedule inside of a week.
