"I was referred to Ron's express by his brother who owns Ballard plumbing (cheaper but not able to meet my timeline). I called Tuesday afternoon and was given a price that was inline with the high side of average, and was told that they would be out in the morning around 830-900. They called at 930 to let me know they were on their way. they arrived at 945 ready to work. They were professional and quick. During the inspection, they noticed that the water heaters that I installed were not up to code. They explained what needed to do for it to be fixed and how the inspector may see it during the gas inspection and that would cause reinspection fees. I decided to pay for them to do the work on the spot. they estimated one hour but it ended up taking two. The total bill went from 230 to 445 due to this but it needed to be done and was worth the cost. 1hr after they left, the city inspector showed up and signed it off with no issues. They went and pulled the permit and coordinated for him to come out. About 30 min after the inspector left, the gas company came to turn all the gas on. Everything worked as it should I felt that the price for the extra work was higher than it should have been, but the professionalism and excellent coordination on their part were worth the high price. <br />"

"I called that morning to see when I could schedule a plumber to come by install faucet in the master bathroom and I was surprised when they suggested later that afternoon. The plumber was on time as scheduled and was very nice to deal with. He started right in on the job. After turning off the water he removed the old hardware. He came and explained to me that my existing hardware was Delta and so was the piece I was replacing it with. He said the valves were the same. He asked if I needed them changed. I suggested he leave in the existing ones as we were just having them changed for the color of the hardware. He swapped out the faucet and handles and just charged me a trip charge. My wife was happy with how everything looked, and of course if she's happy I'm happy. <br />"

Arkansas Rooter billed the original company and I paid the bill indirectly through them. I wish I had just called Arkansas Rooter in the first place. They were much cheaper and fixed the issue very quickly. Their tech was friendly and professional, and they offer a military discount. If you have any drainage problems, don't call a plumber or another do-it-all service company. Call these guys instead. They'll sort you out at a fraction of the cost."

"The city had told us where the line ties into the city sewer line, was broken. The guys showed up exposed the problem and found it to be the city's side that needed fixed. While they could fix it, they offered to call the city out to see the problem and let them fix it. With in hours they had the city inspector out and saying it was their problem. So all we paid was to have the hole dug that included 2 hours labor. They had the chance to rip us off, and didn't take it! Very honest hard working people, and very polite too.
