After a brief conversation, which included a ball park est of what we were looking at, I asked him when I could get it scheduled as no one wants to be without hot water. He said he would be here at 8 the next morning. 8 am he pulled into my driveway. He assessed the size of my closet and made sure he would have anything we might need on his truck. Oh, I also want to mention that I had a issue on my roof that had nothing to do with him but I was concerned my roofer might not make it before it rained and James said if I had a ladder , he’d go up and take care of it for me, which he did.
