"It was not as well. They needed time with doing work-up for the plans. We tried to hire them to actually come and do some work. They just kept putting us off. Finally after the second or third time, I just decided to go with somebody else. There were no additional costs. It was a big job and they never showed up. It took them a while and they were backed up. It took them 2 or 3 weeks. They were just too slow in responding."

"Tom the owner called or emailed me to set up the window cleaning. We had Nate and Chris at our house.  They arrived right on time, they were very couteous and polite to me.  They do not wast anytime, and asked if I needed anything extra done.  I had more than 40 windows, so I showed them which ones I wanted done, and it was no problem for them to skip the windows I could reach myself. 
I would most definately have this service again, it was by far the best window washers I have had at the house.  I would highly recommend the window washing service and both Nate and Chris. it was also nice, that they just count total windows ( they include the inside and outside as one window). I have had many window washers and none of them have brushed the screens for me. Just a added bonus!

"We have used Greener Alternatives for our lawn service for several years.  We sign up for the annual serivce of treatments for fertilizing and weed control.  When we first hired the company several years ago, we had more weeds than lawn.  After a couple of years, the neighbors were commenting on how great our lawn looked --all we did was cut it, Greener Alternative took care of the rest.
Last year we decided to try a different company that had quoted us a lower rate.  That was not a great experience, our lawn looked worse than it had in several years.  We returned to Greener Alternatives this year and are once again pleased with the service.  The technicians show up several times during the spring/summer/fall and apply the treatments.  They leave their report in the door with suggestions for watering, etc.  We are very pleased with the service.

"I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with my beautiful retaining wall. The whole experience with Genadek Landscaping and Excavating Inc. was enjoyable. From scheduling thru completion, not only was I treated with respect but so was my house, grounds and neighborhood. Thru the whole process I was treated with courtesy by Stan and his crew. When I told Stan my vision, he found the blocks I had envisioned (other companies told me what they would use and it wasn't what I wanted), when I changed the design a little, asked all kinds of questions and wanted an extra layer of block put on, everyone went with the flow. It felt like there was nothing else that mattered besides making my job and my needs top priority. I really appreciated the men keeping the area clean and I got a kick out of hearing "a clean work site is a happy work site". The wall not only looks great but having seen the accuracy, care and professionalism with which it was built, I'm sure it will last for decades. Not only would I highly recommend Stan and his crew, but so would several of my neighbors who appreiciated their workmanship, courtesy, and professionalism. I should mention that Stan's estimate was competitive and I appreciated knowing up front what any changes would cost.
