"What an incredible team Hidden Fence of Minnesota has! I had a fence with a competitor and adopted two dogs, who arrived faster than anticipated. The previous organization couldn't fit me in for 2 months. I don't like to have dogs tied out and they don't either, after a month of getting tangled, damage to landscape and other, I contacted Hidden Fence of MN. While I was frustrated, they were calm and kind and able to be at my home the next day. The training was amazing, they came back a couple times and trained more. They even brought a team (trainer and dog) to ensure my pups could face temptations. Just an amazing organization. There when you need them and truly care about what they do! "We hired them to custom build a fence in our backyard, to match our neighbor's fence in design and style. When digging the post holes, they managed to break a piece of our house siding off. Furthermore, many post holes were dug on our neighbor's property (despite surveyor's stakes) and had to be removed and reinstalled. Things didn't get better as the project progressed. First, despite assuring us they would be able to match our neighbor's fence, the fence they built was a foot shorter and the custom design was very poorly executed. After negotiations, we ended up with a nice fence as long as you don't know it is supposed to match the neighbors. The office staff were always very pleasant and professional. They paid for and coordinated repairing our siding. Overall though, we would not use this company again.

Although the job started a bit late and they initially put the wrong lattice top on the fence, they immediately responded to my concerns and corrected the problem. At the end of the day, what matters is that I have a high quality fence and a company that responds to problems promptly and professionally. "I was not totally happy with the final performance. After they preformed the dry wall work, the painter came to start his work.  The painter explained the work was not up to specification. However, I worked with Cady Handyman over the phone to resolve the issue. They acknowledged everything was not as good as it could have been.  They resolved the issue as best as they could. They even offered for someone to return and make the repairs. I declined because the painter was ready to paint the following day."
