He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Work itself was good, but service was not so good. Arden checked out my dishwasher and gave a quote. Next day another guy showed up to do work and tells me my air gap needed replacing and now there would be another service charge plus cost of replacement as he would need to come back again. He did not reattach my water hose unbeknownst to me and when I turned on water it leaked all over. Next day Arden shows up to replace air gap and as I was not happy gave me discount finished work but could not put on bottom panel as the other repairmen took the screws, said he could come back anytime in the next couple weeks. About a week or so later I texted him and he said yes he would finish but then never heard back. Even when I texted again. While the dishwasher works fine the service was not."

Our GE double oven fan stopped working and A-1 responded almost immediately via phone to set up an appointment that day. Since the oven wasn’t needed quickly and I had previous plans, I asked them to schedule for another day which they easily accommodated. They called in advance to let me know their exact time of arrival, arrived at that time, quickly confirmed the problem and began to install a new fan and electronics. Surprise! Being GE, the replacement fan which they brought was broken (completely broken in it’s nicely packed original GE replacement part packing box). Undeterred, they quickly made the 45 min trek back to the fan supplier and the 45 min trek back, completed the install of the now, working fan and reinstalled the oven! Thank-you for the outstanding repair job!!!"
