"I was very disappointed but was glad to get them out of our apartment. They told us that Early Bird Cleaners was run by a young man living at his mothers house and they didn't have much instruction on what to do. I told the I paid for a Deep Cleaning and $30.00 extra for Organization help. I figured they would know what to do. My apartment other than kitchen counters, floors vaccumed and mopped and I gave her a fitted sheet and comforter to put on bed. The ceiling fan mopped on one side, I also asked for her to wipe down front door and one window on inside. She did lower part of window. They made many trips outside for phone calls and cigarette breaks that it made me knew this wasn't a professional cleaner and we were getting ripped off or taken advantage of because we are senior citizens. But the nightmare only starts there. Early Bird was suppose to call me to check on my cleaning. When he didn't call I called him. He said he would send them back, I said no I wanted another cleaner or a refund. He was not going for that so I called Angie and they assigned me a new cleaner. When I connected with him Ray's Cleaning Co. He said he doesn't do residential cleaning. This is where the dozens of phone calls, once I was on the phone for two hours trying to get through to someone that could help me. Everyone said I had the wrong department and would give me another number or connect me to another person, each time telling the experience and getting angrier and more frustrated. Your commercials and your Happiness Guarantee is a lie. You have no control over your cleaners or your company representatives and this again will probably be a waste of time but I will not stop because this Cute Angie company needs to be exposed."

"I reached out on Wednesday to book standard cleaning service for Friday, April 25 at 9am. I spoke with someone on Thursday morning to confirm. I was told that I would get an email confirmation with the booking info and paperwork. Not long after booking, I contacted them back to change the time to 2pm on Friday, April 25 and let them know that I had not received the email confirmation from the first time I called. I spoke with Mark. He confirmed my email again and said it would be on the way. He also confirmed that my appointment had been changed to 2pm. I called back twice regarding not receiving the email and confirmed my appointment time since I had not received anything. On Friday, April 25 in the morning, I still had not received anything and called again. I spoke with Nicole. The AI system and Nicole stated that my appointment was listed as 1pm. After a high level of frustration at this point I explained to her the entire situation and confirmed 2pm once again. My email address was still incorrect and she stated that she would change it and confirm my appointment for 2pm that day. I finally received the paperwork around 11am and signed it. At 2:15pm on Friday, April 25 I called back as I had not heard from anyone or seen anyone at my home for the service. I was told by Nicole that the person assigned was not available at 2pm. My question, why didn't anyone call me earlier to tell me so. Why was it 2:15pm and no one had called me to tell me that my work would not be done? Why was I booked on Thursday for 2pm if no one was available? The level of service at this company is deplorable!! They rely on AI and even the representatives in the office can't get a simple scheduling task completed. I wasted an entire day as I could have booked someone else that was actually available. A manager called me back (I don't remember his name) and asked if someone could come at 4pm or the next day. He said he would SEE if someone could come at that time, which means he was not sure if he would have anyone. After all of this I don't have any trust in the company that they would do the job that I needed them to do. I canceled immediately!!!!"
