"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. "This will be a bit of a book, TLDR; DO NOT HIRE. I allege that, through negligence, they injured my dog, endangered my children, damaged my property, and installed a defective product, poorly. I base this review solely on my experience with the information available to me. I hired Evolve Egress for a test run replacing two windows in Spring ?25. They had skilled tradesmen do the install, and everything went great. I then hired them to replace the rest of my windows, and requested the same crew. A week before install they told me the best guy quit, but I would still be very happy with the guy coming. Day of install comes and they have brought 1099, unskilled labor, that usually completes Commercial projects. All was well, until I left my home. When I came home and asked why the craftsmanship was not on par with the spring job, they left without cleaning ANYTHING. There was a 3 foot line of debris around my entire home.
