"We had an Ion sump pump backup system installed. Kevin, the plumbing technician, and the WyattWorks team did a fantastic job. The call center was very accommodating (I changed and postponed the service a few times over several weeks). The window for arrival was provided well in advance. The technicians showed up on time and were courteous. The work was done right. The technicians were very patient in answering my questions and explaining the system. I asked Kevin for a bit of help with a second project I was trying to tackle myself (replacing a loose handle and cartridge on a faucet) and he kindly took over and completed the project for me and offered advice on how to prevent the problem in the future. Basically, he far exceeded my expectations! If you call this business, they may have a lot of good technicians, but I'd recommended Kevin!"

"My wife and I hired Property Pro to conduct a house inspection during the construction of our new home. We met Justin and he came out several different times during the building phase because we wanted to make sure work was being done properly. Justin was always very professional and honest with his assessment. During one of the inspections he noticed a large crack in the foundation wall and we were immediately able to get it fixed. I believe had he not noticed it, it would have been easily covered up by the contractor. Justin took his time and was meticulous during each visit. "I had all brand new interior doors installed inside my house last winter. Three of the doors were sticking and would not close at all. I called On The Job, left a message detailing my problem, and a short time later I received a call from Bob. I asked if this was the kind of job that he would do and he stated probably but he would like to come out and check just to make sure he knew just what the problem was with the doors. He came out that same afternoon (I think it was 6/6) and scheduled the work to be done on Saturday morning (6/11) since he was involved in other jobs. "I called to schedule services and was able to get on their schedule within a week.  The man I spoke with (Dale?) was very pleasant and accommodating. They sent an email reminder to me right away, as well as called the day before the move to confirm day and time.
When move day came, the whole process was smooth and went off without a hitch. The guys were done 15 minutes ahead of schedule.
They were scheduled from 9am-11am. The two movers arrived around 9:20am which wasn't a problem, and after looking at what I needed done and signing some minimal paperwork they got started. They worked steadily, asking questions as needed. They were very pleasant and professional in going about their work. They also took care to make sure nothing was damaged - the furniture or the walls. 
When we arrived at the storage unit they stored everything exactly as I had asked. Although there was plenty of room in the unit I wanted as small a footprint as possible - and I conveyed this to the guys. They stored everything perfectly with a small footprint so there is still plenty of room in the unit for more "stuff"!
We will be moving to a new home this year and I will definitely call Moving Ahead to do our big move. I'm a fan. I even gave the guys a tip because they did such an awesome job.
