But Jeff suggested another way to go, that would in effect increase the utility of the downstairs patio. Great idea. And great execution, now that it is built. Jeff?s crew is polite, and they leave a clean worksite at the end of the day. Jeff is involved in every stage of the process, and we had a final ?walk-through inspection? prior to final payment. Jeff knows this business thoroughly (it is a family business), and it is clear that he enjoys what he does. He has a showroom in Tustin that is worth going to for ideas. "I had a damaged gate. David had previously given me a lower bid than the contractor we hired, but the other contractor was referred to me by a close friend who is a contractor (so we went with him). Although that contractor was fine, he was impossible to reach and the job took a long time to finish as a result. So, when we had a problem with our other gate, I called David! He was amazing. He came out to fix the gate that day. He was on time, and communicated extremely well with us. He did nothing without prior approval and explained the pricing, depending on the problem. He could have easily sold us a new gate motor, but instead fixed it for $245, including TWO visits. This was a bargain for the amount of work that he did, including testing of the parts back at his shop."

"I will be recommending this company to all my neighbors. They were fast, honest, and high-quality. What is best is that, given the tough times we all are facing right now, they are willing to work with you on a price you feel comfortable with. I called them out to fix the broken torsion spring on my garage door. They lowered their price by nearly $100 to match the price of another company. Access Door & Gate's work came with a 5-year warranty which the other's did not. While fixing it, the technician noticed some other issues (broken hinges and rollers) with the door that I had noticed before and wanted to get fixed once I could more comfortably afford it. The technician quoted me a price that was ok, but more than I could afford. When I told him this, he worked with me on the price until we were at a price that was comfortable. In the end, a new double torsion spring setup, new hinges, and new rollers cost me $350. Since the original quote for the just the spring was $320, I thought this was pretty good. Also, they were very friendly and quick. I will absolutely use them again for any garage door needs."

"I called target garage door and gate to get an estimate for a new door, i try to find few company that look ok to me target was one of them that catch my eye and after few estimate that i receive i choice to go with them.
they provide me with the best quote for a custom door  included opener and installation, they was able to make it in a week, they provide with very professional work, i am very happy with the result and definately will recommend them!

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"My experience with Solar has been very smooth so far. Our guy Mike , was very kind and thorough. Being an elderly couple, We were skeptical in the beginning. We didn't know much about the solar or different programs and he took the time to explain to us in a way that was very easy to understand.
