They came up to look at the job without question, gave me a quote and re-did my floors in two days! The price was very reasonable & they even filled in gaps for me. My floors are GORGEOUS! "Byron showed up on the agreed date / time to begin the work. He first helped me move the large furniture out of the room, and then he removed the existing carpeting and pad. After that, he prepared the concrete for the new flooring. Once the concrete was ready he installed the vapor barrier and then the insulation layer... and then the floor. Byron planned the layout so the wood patterns were optimal. To save me money, he was careful not to damage the existing molding. Lastly he installed the 1/4 round shoe base to cover any space between the existing molding and the floor. The final step was the install of the T-molding at the doorways. Byron's effort to provide an excellent outcome was very much appreciated. I am extremely happy with the outcome. He's a professional that takes pride in his work."

"I had a difficult job for Pacific Hardwood Floors. I have Brazilian Tigerwood Engineered Hardware Floors that had raised/curled. Homeowners Insurance would not cover the damage and said the floors could not be fixed (needed replacement). I called Pacific based on prior customer reviews/ratings. They did an amazing job. They were able to change out the damaged wood (10% of the total floor space), insert the new wood and make it look seamless. The installer (Less) was a master with over 20 years experience. I cannot express my gratitude for the job he did."
