"The reroof work was done in August 2023. There were a few things that could have been done better. No protection was provided to protect the home from damage during demo work which resulted in my neighbors window getting broken and my roof below getting cut. Also they did not plug or cover the roof drains so the demo debris plugged up the drain causing it to backflow water into the house once the rain season began. Both my neighbor and I had significant water damage to the interior of our homes. They also installed smaller drain boots instead of retrofit drain inserts which allowed the water to backflow around the drain boot and into the interior of the houses. As of October 2024 they have only replaced one of the drain boots and have not returned to replace the second drain boot. So the same water intrusion could happen at this location. Both myself and my neighbor have requested several times for them to come back and finish the fix to eliminate any further damage that could happen. Once the second drain boot is replaced I will update this review."

"Would give zero stars if possible! Larry Hoang at first presented himself as an honest, reasonable man and contractor but his actions have proven this very wrong. We have two major roof leaks that will cost us thousands of dollars to fix - caused by deficient solar panel installation. He refuses to repair them, despite three independent reports from other local licensed contractors indicating the roof damage was *directly* caused by the solar panel installation. We am currently filing a formal complaint with the California State Contractors Licensing Board in an effort to get him to respond, as we cannot even get our roof fixed until he agrees to remove the panels. We hired him specifically because we wanted to support local businesses - but we sincerely regret this decision. Buyer BEWARE! This is not an honorable businessman - nor business!"
