I finally got through to the national number by selecting the option to book an appointment for a sales call. I was redirected to the service department, and the rep said someone would call me back. Again, no response. They already charged me for the windows; otherwise, I would cancel the order."

We had quarts installed and they clearly knew what they were doing. Maria coordinated the business side of the jobs and she was also great to deal with. She was also good in keeping us informed as to when the crew would be showing up. They brought in Mario, tile guy, and Oscar, plumber, and they also were very nice to work with.
