"Fantastic! Met with Mike for estimate and to discuss the best coating to put on the utility room floor in our new addition. He explained everything in detail as well as the advantages (and disadvantages) of using an epoxy coating over other coatings for a floor this size (we had also considered leaving the floor as is or using cement paint to coat the floor). Scheduling was a breeze and was able to work within our timeline. We were contacted the night before installation to give us an ETA and they also called when they were on their way. The team (Paul and Devin) were courteous and friendly, they explained the process and told us what to expect on the first day (prep and initial application of the epoxy basecoat and chips). Even though the grinder was noisy (expected) it was tolerable. They let us know when they were done, showed us what was completed (beautiful), and cleaned up their work area before leaving. On day two, a crew of four (added Neil and Dylan) arrived to apply the sealant and anti-skid coatings. Again, all gentlemen were friendly, courteous, and professional. Once they finished up Zach (crew supervisor) arrived to review the completed work. Paul left us with instructions and when we could access the area. It was a pleasure working with them, great crew. We waited an extra day to make sure the area was fully dry before we walked on it. There was just a mild (not offensive) odor from the application (which aired out after opening the windows). We were amazed in the difference of the floor. All the blemishes and irregularities were replaced with a floor that was uniform and pristine. The area was brighter, easy to walk on. We chose the coating that had the lifetime warranty. Would definitely recommend Stronghold Floors."

"I had my garage floor epoxy coated and overall the service went well. They gave me a quote based on my description and stuck to it. The process took 3 days due to weather. The crew was stuck in VA on another job due to snow so they got to my house late. Once the surface was ground down and paint applied, they left for the day to allow it to cure. They came the following morning and it was not cured enough to continue, so they returned the following day. After they applied the clear coat and flakes, they were done. The paint smell was very, very strong for a few days and it permeated throughout the house. The job was excellent, though. So far it has withstood everything and still looks great."

Installed a toilet, drywall work on my rental property, put in a nice Lifeproof laminate plank flooring in the kitchen, including punch out work like painting. "This company was wonderful to work with right from the beginning (initially contacted through Angie's list on 8/15/14, estimate performed on 9/03/14, and work completed on 9/10/14).   There were a few hiccups in initial scheduling, but part of that was our fault (we weren't paying attention to the voicemail message providing us with a different phone number to call because they were having phone issues in the office).  Every single person we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.  They made us feel at ease about the work we were getting done.  <br /> Horizon's quality of work is excellent!  I realize that only time will tell, but so far we've had a couple of very heavy rains since the work was performed an no leaking has occurred.   The aluminum coating they put on the roof looks fantastic - and there are no paint splatters anywhere on the house from the coating.   The guys did a marvelous job of cleaning up after themselves too - we couldn't even tell they were here.  Most contractors I've dealt with, including other roofers, leave behind a giant mess to clean up - and worse, they leave nails behind for people to step on or drive over with their tires (why do contractors do that?)...   anyway, you don't have to worry about any of that with Horizon.  <br /> We are relieved to have a roofing company that is so experienced with flat roofs in Baltimore City.  Horizon Roofing, Inc. will be our permanent go-to company if/when we have any roofing issues in the future.   It is so wonderfully refreshing to receive such top notch, quality service that you can trust!  <br /> <br />"

"They basically had to redo all of our crown molding, in terms of taking out all of the old caulking and putting in new caulking and painting it. They did the same with our baseboards and chair rails. They painted all our walls with 2 coats of paint. They were very conscientious. We were not able to find any noticeable flaws in any work they did. They also offered to come back in a weeks time if we did find any flaws over the next few days. They were very responsive and responsible. They worked very hard and very extremely respectful of our house and ourselves. If you are going to have work men in your house, these are the guys you would want. Their prep work was the most thorough that I have ever seen. They taped and laid down protective covers for just about anything you could think of (floors, carpet, railings, furniture). They just did a fine, fine job. There was nothing that we had, that wasn't protecting when they were painting. The estimate that they provided for how much paint we would need to buy was extremely accurate. Adam was the boss we dealt with and Walter was crew chief. They were wonderful. The entire crew was just great. The reason we went with these guys was because they had painted the exterior of our home in the past and they did such a wonderful job that we wanted to give them a shot on the interior. We could not be more pleased with the results."
