"They were very professional in every way replacing our garage door. Free estimate from sales rep, David, who was knowledgeable, easy to work with,and provided estimate of time of install (quick due to items being in stock). Also, David provided suggestions and help on others aspects of the garage (replacing broken spring before door installation). Techs were efficient and organized and did the complete job in record time. Also, they provided other information to help maintain door and fixed garage door opener (no extra cost). "I requested a quote from Annapolis Garage Doors for installation of a new opener and servicing for two doors. George got back to me right away -- calling me the next day. After texting him door measurements and a few pictures of the work to be done, George gave me an instant (and accurate) quote. A few days later, his team showed up after letting me know that day that they were running an hour behind. The delay didn't bother me, and I appreciated their prompt communication. Once they showed up, they went right to work, installing one new opener and servicing both doors (new springs on one door) -- finishing in about 1 hour. They showed me how everything worked, answered all my questions, and programmed the new keypad. A great experience from start to finish. We'll be using them again when it's time to replace the other opener."
