I spent two hours trying to do this with minimal progress... told my wife I'd be laughing if the guy showed up and knocked it out in an hour. Franklin came out and drilled the hole for me in about 45 minutes for a reasonable price. "JK uses a virtual estimate to provide a quote. That's a trick! It's common that the price they quote is a lot lower than what you WILL HAVE to pay to get your stuff. The process was easy, but can say the estimate we received to move across the country was $5,000 higher than 2 large PODs to start. In the end, they ended up adding almost $8,000...b/c they quoted the incorrect weight to start, as well as charging for a smaller truck that we never requested. The moving company that did the physical part, wasn't JK, and they were hard, polite, and great workers! I reached out and begged JK to help with the major increase (added 65% more to the total...and that was NOT budgeted in whatsoever! After numerous requests for ANY $ help, we were told simply "No." I worked with the physical moving company and they offered to help with some of the expenses...JK, Nope, Nadda, & basically told me TOO D*** BAD! DON'T USE THEM FOR ANY QUOTES!"
