"This was a pretty big job that required earth moving equipment, removal of some clay soil and dump truck load of soil. Jose and his team did a great job. They worked very hard for a week straight. You can tell Jose takes pride in his work. The new sod looks great almost a month later after lots of watering. Jose also installed a split rail fence which came out fantastic. Some neighbors commented on how hard Jose and team worked and were very complimentary of the results - one neighbor plans to call Jose. I would definitely recommend JS Landscaping to anyone looking for personalized, friendly service. Will be calling Jose again."

The Ballard team came in and assessed the situation, repaired not only that paver, but tightened up all of the pavers along the perimeter of our patio. That thing isn't going anywhere any time soon! "I hired Baumann's Lawn and Landscape to fix my front lawn. The soil was mostly clay and sand and covered in weeds. They killed and removed all the vegetation, tilled the soil, brought in new topsoil, conditioned/fertilized, and then laid sod. The work was done in 3 separate days and took less than 2 weeks from the initial phone call to the finished installation. The price is what you would expect for this level of work and that much sod (sod is not cheap). They're not over-priced but it's not Bob's discount landscaping either.
