One of the best things about this company is they assume responsibility for all of the paper work with the co-op and management company and kept us in the loop. When the work got started they were able to knock down a wall to open up the bathroom and attic, get most of the demo work done in under a couple of weeks. End to End most of the work was complete in a 3 months period which was outstanding to us! Lewis the main contractor was awesome and explained everything in detail with us and gave us dates by which each could be done. Fantastic lead! They also were very attentive to the little details that we needed to have handled which was fantastic as we can be a stickler for the little things. We love the look of our new house now and will be using this company when we redo our rent room. Fantastic company that I highly recommend!"
