"I noticed a crack that started in my living room and continued into one of the bedrooms. The bedroom floor was sinking away from the wall. I did research and found Poly Lift USA. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day. "<p>Just wanted to drop a line or two and let you all know how impressed we were with both your workmen and their work.  In today's society, you just don't find companies that really do a great job, they usually just do enough to "get by".<br /> <br /><br /> <br />At times, without their knowledge, I was home and could hear some of the men talking.  Much to my surprise, their language and subject matter were always appropriate.  Don't find that much in the labor force today!  It spoke volumes to me.  When they did speak with us, they were always very kind and informative.<br /> <br /></p> <p>The work that was performed consisted of excavating the dirt to gain access to the footings on both sides of the foundation.  On the inside, they had to bust out the concrete floor and hand dig to the footing in order to install their brackets for the "unified lift system".  After installing the brackets, they attached special hydraulic equipment to the brackets which drove 3" diameter<br /> <br />pipes down to bedrock.  Next, they attached a hydraulic jacking system to each pier location.  Using their special vehicle with a unique hydraulic pumping system they attached hydraulic lines to each location and were able to do a controlled lift.  From what we understand, your company is one of the only ones that can perform this "unified lift".<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We were taking pictures daily and emailing them out to family and friends who could not believe their eyes!  They started out making our basement look like a bomb went off and when they were done it was swept and looking very nice!<br /> <br /><br /> <br />All this to say that the work done was absolutely astonishing!  We will highly recommend EHM to everyone that we hear may need this type of work completed.<br /> <br /><br /> <br />Thanks so much again.  We were dreading having this work completed, but you all made it so much nicer by your<br /> <br />expertise, kindness, and professionalism.</p> <p>Mike and Cheryl <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Crawlspace Medic - Augusta recently worked on our crawlspace. We were having moisture and water issues, a moisture barrier we previously put in had almost disintegrated, and originally-installed insulation was falling down. Kevin did a thorough inspection and gave me a comprehensive estimate, and his crew arrived timely and went right to work. They constructed a French drain within the crawlspace to drain off any water that would collect under the house, installed new insulation between all floor joists in the crawlspace, and installed a new, white 10-mil vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace. They taped over the seams and spiked the vapor barrier. We had previously installed an exhaust fan. They cleaned up the debris, and the crawlspace looks better than it ever has since we built our home in 1996. They worked continuously and did an excellent job. Tanner was very conscientious and came back to finish up. We are very pleased with the work they did on our home and feel so much better and secure about our crawlspace."

"Griff came out and went over the details of the job with me. He measured square footage, checked the slope of the land, explained the process, including explaining the moisture shield and wire reinforcement. He asked how and where I wanted the equipment trucks and cement truck to go. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect. He and his crew arrived on time each day. They came out after the cement had hardened and cleaned up everything perfectly. He asked if I had someplace I wanted them to put the little pieces of concrete or if I wanted him to take the concrete. I have a runoff ravine and he purposefully placed them where they would do the most good. They raked the dirt neatly around the slab and put the grass plugs in the dirt. The grass is already being established. I highly recommend Griff's Concrete. In fact we are hiring him again to put in front sidewalks and a little patio. You might find somebody who says they will do it cheaper but it won't be better. <br />"
