"I went with King's Mitigator to replace some wood rot on some siding. They did a great job of following up and communicating with me regarding project completion. I would use them again for future projects. Devin"

"Our gutters installation was wonderful! Timely & so efficient team under Jose’s great direction. A downpour started after 95% completed & the gutters work fantastic! They stayed & completed the job after the rain stopped. They look absolutely fabulous. I can’t say enough & I did need the recommended 6” gutters w the Leaf Blaster Pro gutter guards I wanted! And the price was quite right over six other estimates!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸"

"This company and owner is the BEST OF THE BEST! Professional, friendly and Precise! The owner was in complete control of every facet of the work performed! He is also an American Veteran with strong ethics. We will always use his company…"

"I found Kentucky Quality Flip through a recommendation from a friend who had used them to remodel a bathroom. He was happy and I needed someone who could help me with a house I had just bought. The house had been abandoned for over a year so it needed everything from - new flooring, new bathroom fixtures and tilework, drywall repair, paint, kitchen cabinets painted, new sink, new light fixtures, stairway railing, etc. Lazaro had good input and ideas to help keep costs down. Overall, this was a terrific experience during pandemic times when I couldn't even get other vendors to call me back. Lazaro and team are hard workers who stand-out for showing up on time and completing work on budget."

"I hired this company to install a fence. I had a wonderful experience with Mark and Scott. They went above and beyond on my job. I have dogs and they made sure my job was done quickly. I would hire them again!"
