"F. Oliveira's Home Improvement Llc was an excellent cotractor. I have 3 quotes from others but They Are The Best. Falvio shows up on time and gives an excellent idea and details How 5 windows sides replacement will be done and was the Best Price. We love the Works and Recommend Everyone to contact Him!!!"

"R&R Roofing replaced the roofing at home this September, 2021. Richard Rossi toured the site with me and clearly detailed the work to be done and the reasons for the specific choices and materials. He answered my questions without prevarication. The work was scheduled the week before, and was started and completed on the scheduled day. The roof looks great and easily passed its first rainy day. The crew were extremely conscientious not only about installing the roofing, but also in their consideration for the gardens, grounds, and driveway. There was no damage to the flowerbeds or to the lawn. There was not a nail or shred of roofing material or its packaging anywhere on the site when they left. R&R Roofing installed the previous roofing 23 years ago. I expect this new one to last just as long."

"Excellent. From initial contact Roofer's Edge was responsive. The installation crew was excellent and the gutters blend in with the trim color and are barely noticeable. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation."

"I hired Capital Construction to replace the aging roof shingles on my house. Their quote was completive with other local contractors and far less than national contractors. Their employees worked hard to make sure I was always informed on the status of the project. They took care to protect the house during the removal of the existing roof shingles. During installation of the new shingles the on-site crew responded quickly to my questions and concerns and resolved matters to my satisfaction. I would definitely hire them again."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"Yesterday, Devyn and Joseph, from Cuoto Construction came and did a bay window replacement for me. I have to say it was a real treat to work with this company and these two men. They started by giving me an overview of what they were going to do and they were so gracious in answering all of my questions with a complete explanation. Upon completion, I was so happy to see that they cleaned up the entire area that they worked in. The window looked so beautiful. I must tell you that last summer Cuoto Construction sided and installed new windows on my whole house. They did such a great job, I had them come back to do this bay window. You would do well to have Cuoto do construction for you."

"Richard and his workers were fantastic. We had our roof stripped and re-shingled, new basement windows installed and house vinyl sided. They were an outstanding value ( I paid much less than I expected to) and the work was done quickly. I am thrilled with the way that the project turned out and will be hiring him to do additional work for me. The materials used were top notch and a great value. Seriously, if you need a roof/siding/windows or anything like this done, you would be a fool not to call Richard."

"Exact exteriors did an amazing job. It took a little bit to get the windows from the manufacturer but once the materials were here the job was completed fast. The workmanship was very high quality. I was comfortable with all the workmen who installed new window new siding, new gutters and did a little bit of exterior painting. The house was very tired looking and now looks amazing. I was very happy with this company. I found them to be of high integrity and would hire them again."

"So far it’s been two weeks since the job has been completed and so far so good. The new roof makes the house look newer and it gives it a fresh look; not to mention that I won’t have to worry about a new roof for 20+ years! Luis was very attentive and available to my questions I had, it being my first property."
