"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

He was responsive, prompt and when he came it evaluate for a quote- made great recommendations based upon his experience and enhanced our original plans for a functional open office space in the kitchen. He built the cabinets in his shop, took the wood counter tops we had already purchased back to his shop- sanded/cut/ created and "L" shaped floating counter top in less than a week and installed everything in ONE DAY! "Kevin was very responsive and efficient with quote and work. He offered an option that no other roofing contractor offered and we got 6 to come out and quote. The recovery option with Kevin met our budget and since we do not have any leaks it made sense to do recovery with his 2 year warranty at a fraction of the cost for roof replacement others quoted. We are done and hope that this mitigated the water ponding issue and extended the life of the roof for a while. It was a pleasure working with Kevin and his crew."
