"To begin with when you call Eagle Eye Roofing you are greeted in a friendly manner by Christine, she was just a sweet person to talk with. The Sales person, Joel, came to my home and was very pleasant and easy to work with. The price was excellent compared to a previous estimate by another company, and he took pictures and explained exactly what would be done. I had a leak in my family room so I was concerned about the wait time for the installation. He assured me he would get me scheduled as soon as he could and to my surprise it could be done within a few days. The installer, Mike, was on time and professional, he also explained the installation process and the materials being used. He found an issue with my downspout and took care of that repair. The flat roof looks awesome and I am extremely pleased and happy with everything."

Joel came out looked over the house and garage, shared the company's product portfolio, and in a day left me a very detailed quote. He answered any questions I had regarding the job and warranty via text or phone call immediately. After confirming the job, Joel touched based with me about setting up a day of service informing that it would be in the next 2 weeks, which took place. Called the day before to confirm and tell me what to expect. The roofers showed up and the day went as expected. The crew was professional and efficient. The project usually took one day but due to rain it took 2 days. The Forman let me know due to the weather they would wrap up early. My yard was left spotless and my incomplete roof was secure for the rain. The crew returned the next day and completed both roofs in a timely manner. I had to leave and when I returned, my house looked great and my yard was clean with no evidence of anyone ever working. "Very dedicated and meticulous work. I was messaged when they started work, and given an update pictures as they went along their progress. Including when they had to replace boards. This crew uses 2 x 12 x 8 boards, or plywood, depending on what you have. And at a reasonable rate. I have seen other roofing companies charge three times as much for OSB, so it is encouraging that they use lumber or plywood. After they were done, they went around the property with a fine tooth comb to pick up any nails from the roofing. First with a magnet, then by hand for anything the magnet missed. Our roof was done in May. Since that time, we have had several rain storms and tumultuous weather. We have had no leaks at all, and the roof still looks as good as the day it was installed."
