"Shad and his wife did an amazing job installing a cast stone fireplace that I purchased from Mantels Direct. My original tile guys spent hours trying to "figure it out" with no luck. It was a VERY difficult job and it looks absolutely amazing!!! It was a ton of work. Shad works EXTREMELY hard and is very professional and is very accommodating. I am also having him fix some grout issues in my bathrooms. He will also be sealing my quartz/marble countertops. He does excellent work. There seems to be nothing that he can't do. "I paid the $50.00 and I was supposed to get a "free" estimate and then get $300.00 worth of repairs. They gave me an estimate ($5,000)...wanted to dig 30 feet along the outside of the wall where the water was coming in.  The place where it leaks is only a 4 feet wide section - where the window well is located.
I emailed them to ask questions and they never answered the email.
So, I got nothing for my $50.00 except a "free" estimate.

Rich was on time for estimate. Was detailed in his explanation of the work he would do and the time it would take. Let us know ahead of time of any changes in schedule. We made some changes to type and color of tile and Rich was helpful in getting samples for us. Work done on time. Cleaned up and removed all debris. Very pleased with our new shower.

Had to call Rich back for minor repair and he took care of it promptly.

Rich is very personable and easy to work with.
