"Very smooth process Audrey of Stone Creek was patient and informative. We went to the wholesalers and selected toe slab to be used on our counter top. Stone creek came out to template for the counter tops. Ten days later they installed them and we could not be happier. Very professional from start to finish. Hard to control costs when the wife chooses one of the most expensive granite. The cost was not Stone Creeks fault thou and I have to admit that the wife was right. Our thanks to Audrey and her installers for a pleasant experience and we would use them again for any future projects..... <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The workmanship and materials were first class.  This process does not require that the old countertops be torn out.  The new tops are crafted to exactly fit over the old and the entire process took only one day.  The next day the plumber came and hooked up the sink and the kitchen was back in condition to cook supper.  This is an engineered stone that is 95 percent granite and 5 percent binder.  It looks and feels like natural stone but without the imperfections.  If I had it to do over, I would use Granite Transformations again. <br />"

"We're a transplant to East TN for retirement and have been finding it exceptionally frustrating and difficult to find competent and professional service providers around the region. Joe Garafalo at Joe's Tile and Stone is an unusual exception around here and we've selected him after getting at least 5 quotes, with some even failing to provide quotes as usual... Joe is a consummate professional who is punctual, efficient, and did exactly what he promised and more. He installed my costly beautiful Italian import tiles in our sunroom and it's only fitting that he happens to be a discerning Italian craftsman who ended up being perfect for the job. I needed to have the tiles laid with very thin grout joints to imitate wood floor and he didn't hesitate shooting for thin 1/16" while other contractors denounced the challenging idea. It was very evident from the first meeting that Joe was by far the most knowledgeable and experienced tile installer compared to others who were also highly rated on Angie's list. Although his quote wasn't the least costly, the rate was competitive enough that we decided to go with him to get the job done right even with a long waiting period for the installation. When the grout shade didn't turn out exactly as the manufacturer's chart indicated, he addressed the problem at his cost with a grout colorant. He even fixed our problematic moldy grout shelf spot in our Schluter shower for free! We hope to find more professional contractors around the region like Joe, but when it comes to tiles we know exactly who to call."

"The tile and flooring that Tim did were beautifully done, and met my expectations. He did what I asked of him. Anyone can pull tile or flooring out of a box and put it down (no talent required), but Tim paid attention to both my tile and flooring, working out of several boxes at a time. After all, the flooring is the showcase of your home. In addition, his prices, for the quality of his work is competitive. I would use him again and recommend him highly."

"We expanded a ground floor family room, which required complete exterior and interior construction, with stacked stone to match existing exterior. Existing plumbing, electrical, and duct work had to be moved around. The room has a 5x10 closet with pull-down attic door and insulted attic above. A bay build-out added space to our dining room, and we added a walk-in pantry to the kitchen. Materials were included in the total price but not broken out. The contractor underestimated either the amount of stone needed or the cost of the (available) stone required to match the existing exterior. He covered about $400 of the additional materials cost; we covered about $1000 at his request. Lesson learned: In the contract, stipulate the dollar amount designated for special materials. Other than that and some slow downs due to occasional absent workers, the job went as planned and we're happy with the result. We appreciated the daily clean-up as it was a lengthy project and just living with the upheaval was at times a challenge. Mark had a cleaning crew come one weekend to help keep things in order."

"We went to Stonecraft on Friday before Memorial Day and looked at slabs of granite. They didnt have any that we liked but referred us to Triton Stone. We went there and found a granite slab that we like. Stonecraft worked with Triton to cut out countertops. We waited about 2 weeks before the the countertops were delivered. They were delivered when we were told they would be. The installers were professional and finished the job in a couple of hours. The whole experience went great! We would use them again. <br />"

"they promptly came and made an estimate.  We found exactly what we wanted in their stone yard and we also picked out a new sink.  They installed the counter tops and sink within 3 weeks and did a great job.  We are very pleased with the results and the price.  We expect to replace our bathroom vanity tops in the near future and will use EMCO-Williams again."
